I'm trying to create a secondary main greeting for office's Norstar system that to be used when the office is closed due to inclement weather.
I was able to access the main greeting. By following these steps.
F983 > AA > GRTG
The regular greeting is #1 and I was able to record a greeting #2 for inclement weather, however, I can't figure out how to set greeting #2 to play.
Can someone please help? None of the manuals/other resources I've found online explain this at all.

F983 > AA > Table. you are probably using greeting table one.
The first thing you should see is AA menu prompt. Press the ok or next soft key until you get to Morning press the change soft key and change it from 1 to 2. Do this for all four modes. (Morning, afternoon, evening, and Non-business)once all of those are changed to 2 you can hit rel and it will take effect.
