I am new to MAS90 and we have Version 4.3. when we have a drop shipment we would create it as a standard order and then create the PO and link the SO to the PO. Is there a way when you create a SO you can select a type called Drop ship and that will trigger you to create a PO at the same time.

RE: Drop Shipments Sales Order to Purchase order

No on the lines you flag the item as drop ship then when you create the PO, you set it as type of drop ship then pull in the sales order.

You can also have create a script (in 4.40) that will create the necessary POs for you automatically when you click Accept on the sales order.
