Adding/inserting an image to a pdf file

thread223-1194867: How to insert image in PDF file? has some suggestions on how to add or insert an image to an existing pdf file. Every time I forget how to do this and search again this thread comes up top, but without the easiest answer in Acrobat. The easy way to insert an image into a pdf in Acrobat (the Pro version which allows edits) is not obvious, but it is easy and is described at this link: http://iconlogic.blogs.com/weblog/2009/04/adobe-acrobat-9-adding-images.html

The process is basically: (1) find and select "Touchup Object Tool" (in "Advanced Editing"), (2) right click on the page, (3) select "Place image" from the popup menu.

RE: Adding/inserting an image to a pdf file

To make it even easier to find for future reference, it sounds like this may make a good FAQ.
