Hi James - I am a Sidekick 99 user - yes still...I had a laptop virus and saved the program to a backup but of course when I try reinstall or use it I get error messages -I remember a few years a go u had a website with a download that fixed this - I have used i a few times before - and I saved it but the link no longer works...any help you can give me - my whole cardfile with alot of important contact infor is on there that I need desperately.

Dear Sue,
if the error message is
'This installation has discovered a previous installation etc etc'
You do not have to re-install using the download, just follow the instructions in the Faq pages here and you should be able to proceed.
Apologies for not getting back to you earlier which would have saved you having to post in another thread.
