Installed Avaya OneX portal on server with 5 licenses. User can login to the interface just fine; however, when initiating and internal call using the interface they get one way talk patterns only.
Users can use their desk phones to make the same call with no issues, it is only a problem when they initiate the call through the Avaya OneX portal interface.
Anyone have any ideas?
