Mailbox Backup failing when multiple streams running

Mailbox Backup failing when multiple streams running

Mailbox Backup failing when multiple streams running

Bit of a strange problem has presented itself in my Exch2003 mailbox backups (v8). 3 mailbox servers, 2 work fine and the 3rd working fine up to a couple of weeks ago. Config same on each.
Mailbox backups split into multiple SubClients depending upon mailbox, i.e. A*-C*, D*-G*, H*-K*, L*-Z* & default.

When one SubClient runs (Incremental or Full) it will complete separately, but when I set multiple to run (as few as 2) they will terminate abnormally then sit in pending before trying again and repeating the cycle. The logs are telling me much, just wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar?
