Unable to connect to Oracle 10.2

Unable to connect to Oracle 10.2

Unable to connect to Oracle 10.2

(OP)
I am trying since a few days to connect Centura to ORacle 10.2. I have modified the sql.ini file but still unable to connect to Oracle. I am pasting the contents of the sql.ini file below

[dbnt1sv]
servername=Server1,sqlapipe
dbname=ISLAND,sqlapipe
centurydefaultmode=1
dbdir=C:\PROGRA~1\Centura

[dbnt1sv.dll]
comdll=sqlapipe

[dbnt1sv.apipe]
;debug=15,dbntsrv.dbg

[win32client]
clientname=Win32Client

[win32client.dll]
comdll=sqlapipe
comdll=sqlora32

[win32client.apipe]
;debug=15,client.dbg
[win32client.ws32]
serverpath=server1,localhost/island

[oragtwy]
remotedbname=

I am also pasting contents of the tnsnames.ora file

CENTURA_21 =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVER = DEDICATED)
      (SERVICE_NAME = Centura_21)
    )
  )

TEST =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVER = DEDICATED)
      (SERVICE_NAME = test)
    )
  )

ORCL =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVER = DEDICATED)
      (SERVICE_NAME = orcl)
    )
  )

phstandby =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVER = DEDICATED)
      (SERVICE_NAME = phstandby)
    )
  )

EXTPROC_CONNECTION_DATA =
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS_LIST =
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC1))
    )
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SID = PLSExtProc)
      (PRESENTATION = RO)
    )
  )

I am also pasting the contents of the listener.ora file

SID_LIST_LISTENER =
  (SID_LIST =
    (SID_DESC =
      (SID_NAME = phstandby)
      (ORACLE_HOME = D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1)
      (PROGRAM = phstandby)
    )
  )

LISTENER =
  (DESCRIPTION_LIST =
    (DESCRIPTION =
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = IPC)(KEY = EXTPROC1))
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = localhost)(PORT = 1521))
    )
  )

Please suggest the solution to connect Centura to Oracle 10.2

RE: Unable to connect to Oracle 10.2

You have nothing in your 'Oragtwy' section.

Try:

[oragtwy]
remotedbname=test,@test
fetchrow=20
substitute=SYSSQL.,

'test' is your dB name and '@test' is an alias for the dB name in TNSNames.ora

You dont need any sections starting  'dbnt1sv' unless you are running SQLBase , but it shouldnt matter if they are there.
