It's what NICE use for thier webinars, it's an AT&T connect applicaiton.  Once you load the application you'll probably need login details from NICE to view the webinar.

oh yes I got it...

effectively you need an (old fashioned) ATT conferencing player with 11.6 MB of size

my problem was that I tried to download Webinars from "services" training. Got the .vcr file but not the player.

But i you download the webinars from "SALES & PRESALES" the first step is to download the player.

you will need registration only for upcoming live events, but no registration for recorded sessions.
