Can't open Text Entry Dialog box in Paint Shop Pro 7

Can't open Text Entry Dialog box in Paint Shop Pro 7

At my first attempt to add text in PSP7 I am stuck.
To start with, the Text Entry Dialog box opened, I entered text and observed it appear in my layer. Then I opened it again to change color to black, but a message window told me that solid colors are not supported (or perhaps it said the contrary, that I must select a solid color; I don't remember). I checked a check box to not be notified about this again, and after that I cannot get the Text Entry Dialog box open again. It should open when I select the Text tool. I've tried changing colors with no success.

Suzuko's unresponded problem in thread446-1490198: Text formatting toolbar might be the same problem.

Any solution to this?

I'm a new user of PSP 7, but experienced in Photoshop 8.

RE: Can't open Text Entry Dialog box in Paint Shop Pro 7

I restarted PSP and after that it worked properly. Seems to be a hickup bug.
