ODBC Update Problem

ODBC Update Problem

ODBC Update Problem

I have written a project using the ODBC objects, which monitors a directory and takes a CSV and updates a file on our AS/400(iSeries). Running this on the desktop it adds records at a rate of 4/5 a second and when first run as a process it runs the same (Same user as when run on the desktop). It is subsequent runs that are causing the problem. The record add rate goes to 1 record every 20 second. I have re-booted the server and re-promoted the project and the add rate is initially reset, but once again subsequent runs revert back to the 1 every 20 seconds.

I am running V3.3 and one with any ideas?
