MacolaED

(OP)
I am going to try, but wanted to post first.  Can I create a user call MacolaED to use like Supervisor (special use only - Screen Changes).

If I change a screen while logged in as MacolaED I figured that would change the screen for everyone.

RE: MacolaED

This only applies to Progression not ES.  You should never post without indicating what version you are using.

You cannot change the MACOLAED screen per se.  You must change the SUPERVISOR screen then copy it to user MACOLAED.  And you don't create a user in Macola called MACOLAED, just a screenset with that user name.  You must log in as SUPERVISOR to do this.

Even then if the user/group ALREADY has a modified screen under his/her name, that screen will take precedence.  You must delete any existing modified screens for that user/group in order for the MACOLAED screen to take effect.
