I have heard of a product that´s called Borland TurboAssembler 2.0.

I know the existence of Windows Programmers Workbench, wich uses MASM. The main probles are: 1) it's Microsoft 2) it's Microsoft and 3) it's commercial.

Try this:

click the "downloads" link.
click the MASM32 version 6 link.  It contains a whole buunch of things you need.  If you want to get a newer version dowload it and the patches on the same page.
