Does any one have or know were I can download an application to manage a KXTDA50 HYBRID IP-PBX systen?

I'm in the USA, the phone system is installed in El Paso, Tx.

sorry to say that you have to be registered dealer and trained to get software but if you are using the system bare bones no ip stuff you can do most things through the keypad

I have a registration but in Mexico, and I tried with the software that I have but with no luck.

is there any other way to or some that could pass me that software?

I guess any one of us "could" pass you the software. Problem is we'd have to pass you the same software that programs the entire family of TDA/TDE/NCP switches. Did you want that for free?

I did not know the same software is used to program the entire family of switches. I only use it to program PBX systems.

We don't carry any switches from panasonic.

by the way switch in our lingo means PBX not network switch like in IT terms....

I'm not that familiar with your "lingo". We do sell Panasonic, but like I told you before I need a software to manage a Panasonic thats in the United States.

They call us to do it because they can't find people over there to do it. I'm sure that very busy looking for pesos...

plead your case with Panasonic tell them you cross the boarder
to work on systems in el paso and that you pay taxes here and have a legit Interconect in texas ....

Wow. How this has gone far afield. Try and put in El Paso's zip code. Wait a minute I already did. Here's one of FIVE TDA listed dealers for EP

Hello there LkEErie, sorry about that comment I did not mean it that way and also not to offend any one, but I think cwc3 could have use some better words also.

I understand that to get some managment software you have to be a reseller or distributer for that company.

Here in Mexico we are a distributer for Panasonic, and I tried to manage the PBX that is in El Paso with the applications I have and it did not work. Thats why I posted I question if some one had another application to do it.

yes there is a application that works on the USA version and you need to be a Legit Dealer in the States to get it!
