Hello all,

I should know this by now however can't figure it so here I am where always questions are answered.

Here is my situation have build a new linux webserver with PHP , mysql and vtiger this is a custom vtiger (crm) server.  Now I like to know the command in tcpdump how to troubleshoot connections from outside to the server.

thanks in advance

RE: tcpdump

Hi - probably better that you try reaing here:- http://danielmiessler.com/study/tcpdump/

It depends on what you're trying to troubleshoot - but you could start with a raw dump on the interface, or maybe just port 80 traffic.

I always drag the dump onto a PC and use Wireshark to view.

RE: tcpdump

thank you so much..
