You do not need IMAPI activated to use outcalling. You must use the command on the Intuity "change system outcalling". Enable outcalling and set up a schedule in which the outcalls will be placed, it's fairly easy. Once this is activated you then go the subscriber form and set the outcalling to yes. You then have to login into you voice mail box and set you outcalling up. It's a bit on the tricky side to set the outcalling number on your voice mail box, lots of digits to dial, but well worth the effort. If you have Mesasge Manager enabled, this does require IMAPI session it is VERY easy to set up in the menu it provides. Hope this helps
