Problems faxing over a PRI

We have a Nortel BCM site whose fax lines are going over a PRI. They can make and receive faxes, however they are getting fax not completed messages when sending faxes.

I have verified that the fax machines are sending the faxes through correctly to the end users.

Any help would be appreciated.

If you're sure its the prit look at timing and synchronisation.

In the past I used to investigate a lot of issues with data calls failing due to incorrect synchronisation between exchange PRI links in the public network. The effects can vary depending on the difference in clock rates at each end of the link.

Generally you should have your PBX synchronised to the clock from the PRI line.
