Change IP adress of sopho is3000

is there anybody who knows how i can change the ip@ of our cpu3000?  I've given a new adress in the bootp setup, together with the correct netmask and mac-adress.  Then I started the bootp server and the correct database.  After I give a hardware reset of the card i can ping the new adres but the cpu won't do a complete startup.  After i disconnect the lan-cable and reconnect it, it wil boot, but with the old ip@.

Is there something wrong in my workflow here?
