Our company recorded a new department dialing menu
( #6 *998 5 3 )prompt.  Yet the old prompt still plays when you call in at night.  Any Ideas?

you better hook up your laptop and see how night ports are tasked the dept dialing menu only gets led into via a custom dialing menu .....
