READER_1_1_1-RR_4053 Row error occured while fetching data from databa

(OP)
Hi All,

I designed one workflow in informatica 8.1.1 and tried to execute it and got the error. Following are my concerns/questions for the above below error:
1. Source table has only 617,148 records but in source success rows column from its log says 4,292,481,928 records
2. Its log size is very huge (more than 45 MB)
3. Some records got rejected (258,543) and rest succeeded (358605) to the target table and the total of both records is equal to source table (617,148) then why source success rows column says 4,292,481,928 records
3. Session status says succeeded

Please let me know your input to resolve it.
Thanks...
Mohit

Well this problem got solved now..
actually i need to synchronised all the columns from the table to its source qualifier (datatype length).
But I am puzzled about this now as when I executed the same mapping to different environment (without making any changes) it runs successfully and there are other mappings which have the same mismatch but they got executed successfully in the same server.
Please let me know your inputs to this.
