how to convert anchor points so that they make sharp corners?

how to convert anchor points so that they make sharp corners?

Hi,

after making some forms with the pen tool I noticed that some have sharp corners and others doesn't (See attachment).

How can i fix the "cut" ones?

RE: how to convert anchor points so that they make sharp corners?

...in the stroke palette you have "miter limit" settings, increase this value until the selected artwork is adjusted correctly...

...the miter values are only active when you have the "miter join" selected in the stroke palette...

...also to add to my above post...

...if you later adjust the line, you may find you need to adjust the miter value again, just something to be aware off when making adjustments to paths...

...can catch you out if in a rush, zoomed in and not seeing all the joins in view...
