Media Provider Contorler

Hi all,

Please can some one explain me for what is the "media provider controler" in the Perform.

RE: Media Provider Contorler

Media Provider Control Manager (MPCM/FLM)
In NICE integrations that use a Forwarding Device or Media Provider Controller (for example,
VRA, VRG, or VRSP), you must install the Media Provider Control Manager (MPCM/FLM). The
Media Provider Control Manager (MPCM/FLM) is an online repository of the recognized Media
Sources (for example, phones) and Forwarding Devices (FDs).

RE: Media Provider Contorler

this must be allways installed? on any kind of integration?

RE: Media Provider Contorler

no ,  only if you are implementing vra (soft phones recording) or VRG (voice recording gateway in active voip recording).

This is used in active voip configurations
