How to add new entry in a report?

I am very new to actuate tool. This is the first time I am using this tool. I need to include one new entry to my report. For example my exsiting report contains (Name, EmpNo, Salary). Now I need to add DOB in this report.

To do this I have added the new field heading in the Libraries folder (In *.rol file). But it is not reflecting in my design folder. But if I try to update something in the exsiting field caption then it is reflecting in my design screen. Only the new field is not updating in my design (i.e. *.rod).

Whether we have any procedure to insert the new label box. (I just copied the old one and changed the caption). If so please help me to resolve this issue.
