Remote SQL Connection Strings

Dear members,

I am working in orgnization as a web developer. My organization has a main web server in the Head Office and Several data servers in the Sub Offices. Sub Office has their local Network of 5 to 10 PCs. The Sub offices are connected to our main Web Server through VPN (Intranet). Some times we need to connect to the DATA Server located in the Sub Office to execute some SQL Queries. It is worth mentioning, that the DATA Server in the Sub Office is not directly connected to the Intranet because one of the Client in the local Network gets connected to the Head Office Server through VPN and Shares the intranet connection to the rest of local domain.
For this purpose I need connection string which lets me make the connection.

I this context I need your help please.
