Lately, I have been getting a message in Lotus Approach stating that "this record is locked." It offers me a button to "retry" and a button to "cancel." Neither of these buttons offer any assistance. As a result of this message, I cannot access other records or close the program - and my data is not being saved. What is causing this record to be locked and how do I "unlock it" when this happems. It's becoming very frustrating.
