Any ideas or suggestions as to why we would not be getting any more Contacts in our Contact Folders. We had 20,400 Contacts up to October 28th and then the Contacts stopped. I can see that the Recorder (Contact Store) is recoring calls and I can replay calls in Contact Store back 30 days.
