Hi gurus

I have a user that connects via WI into our citrix but for some reason , today she cant connect to the published application, she can log in fine but once she hits the published application she get the following error

"There are no existing application available for reconnection"

I need some help here gurus, don't know where to start looking  I am not a citrix person, it was here when I came in

RE: There are no existing aplication available for reconnection

"available for reconnection" means it is trying to reconnect to a previously disconnected session. I believe she would have the options to reconnect or logoff. Have her logoff and/or close IE and clear her cache.

Thanks for jumping in, The user has logged off, close the web browser, I don't much about citrix but I get on the citrix manager and I don't see the user having a session open, I had her clean the Internet Temp file(just in case) but nothing works. once she click on the published application the error comes up. how do you clear the user cache.

Thanks again

RE: There are no existing aplication available for reconnection

I was just refering to the browser temp files. Not sure where to go from there. If the problem still persists (since this was yesterday), see if she can login using a different PC - that would tell you whether the problem is user or machine specific.
