Searching for Deleted records

I'm trying to look for a missing record. I think that it might have been deleted but I don't know when so I can't just restore the daily backup for the file.

I know that it is possible to recover deleted records using DBU but it is only for one record at a time. Is there a way to do mass undelete using DBU or at least search through the deleted records?

I'm using a 5vr3 with DBU 5.0.

I'm not sure if the machine I'm using has the RTVDLTRCD but does it allow for mass undelete? I'd rather not try to install new programs like UNDEL2 and WRKDBF.
