Under Inventory Management > Inventory Inquiry > Tab 4. Inquiry, when I check the box for Sales Order Inquiry I get the following message:

Error: 0311032 is missing from SO1UNI.SOA.

No error code number, just that message.  Guessing that it's looking for a sales order number that isn't there.

I think this is a pretty simple fix that I have done a long time ago but have forgotten if I should rebuild the sort or key files or reinitialize the data files or whatnot.  I'm pretty gun shy when it comes to Mas 90 as well.

Mas 90 Version 4.10.1.7

Please help and thank you very much.

Trevor

You should be posting on the Sage Community. More and better responses.

This is a simple message really. It just means that the sort files says that this item is on that sales order but the sales order no longer exist. To correct you just rebuild the sales order sort files.
