ENABLE PORTS AT FIREWALL

Hello,

I have a question..

I have a client with multiple sites across the city and I want to be able to record voice through these sites with Nice CMAPI. The client has firewalls across the network and my problem is that the data pass through and I can see the records from Nice Query, but I can't hear these records.

Are there any ports that I have to enable so that voice can be recorded also?

Thanks in advanced.

RE: ENABLE PORTS AT FIREWALL

Hi,

Yes there are ports for playing recordings.

What is the version of your Nice recording system?
When you double click in an audio, is the player working?

Hello Hilal74

When I double click the player is working but i can not hear nothing.

I susspect that the voice does not reach the logger throught the switch were is connected.

That is the reason I am looking for the ports tha the logger is ussing.

Any idea ?

RE: ENABLE PORTS AT FIREWALL

Hi,

Did you try to save the audio in wave format to listen it with Windows Media Player?
If not, try it please.
