Trouble generating report in IE 5.0

I can't generate a report in the report server that contains conditional formating on a text object (ex: display TEXT if QUANTITY = 3)  I recieve this error:
Error: The requested URL was not found, or cannot be served at this time.
Developer/2000 Reports Server CGI - Report Job has terminated with error.REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.

I tried:
The report generates fine when you do it through the report builder.  It every is ok when you generate it in the web browser as pdf format.  

I'm not sure if it is a problem on the server side or if there is something that I am missing.
