Hello,

Im installing a Reporter 9.10 with the crystal reporter 10. but i have the issue saying that m169.cab missing. and i can see that is there.
any idea?

what os are u installing it on? is it a zip file have u unzipped all. where are u installing it from. have u the install doc and have u checked the nice idd to see if these versions of crystal are certified

We had this problem.  We were able to source that specific cab file from elsewhere (can't remember where now as was ages ago).  Find a newer install set or upgrade to R3.1 which uses crystal 11

We had also this problem. We found the cab in another Nice software.
I think it's a forgetting.
