One of our agent not able to see his stats in My Universe.

I have checked the profile and privileges.Seems to be fine.

Other agent can see their stats through that agent PC.

So problem is not desktop related but it is agent specific.

Thanks in advance for your help...........

hi,

run sql profiler on sql and when clicking on my universe for this agent check what agent id it is searching in database for. it may be that it is checking for an erroneous id that doesnt exist. has this agent id been used in past for another agent that was deleted ?
