Where's the "Hatch"

I've been using version 10 for several years. Considering upgrading to CS3 or CS4. Looking at a friends CS3 and noticed that the "Pen and Ink" filter with "Hatch" is missing. Had a look around and couldn't seem to find anything equivalent. Does anybody know what happened to it?

...its gone in CS...

...some have managed to copy that filter into the plugins folder of CS and it still works...

...adobe removed it in favour of the scribble filter...

Thanks. I guess even if I'm upgrading I'll be keeping version 10.
