Some times, when I run ie to get the home page of the perform I get an error.

"Error occured during the initialization phase. Click Relogin to try again."

Any idea please?

RE: Pb with the web page in NPR 3 SP4

i would check the logs for system admin service on application server next time. when u launch the browser that is the service responsible for showing login screen. also check if issue exists on perform server itself as it may be down to slow network or overloaded server

Yes, the pb exists also on the perform server.

RE: Pb with the web page in NPR 3 SP4

you can only have one session of perform open at a time.  Ensure you have no other sessions open and minimized on that pc/server.

Hi RoamingKiwi,

You mean that Supervisor can't connect simultenously on the Perform?
It's strange, if No why there is the capability to configure many supervisor?

Thanks for your response.

RE: Pb with the web page in NPR 3 SP4

supervisors can connect from other machines just cannot have more than one supervisor session open on same machine.

Would recommend only having one supervisor session open anyway as it could lead to administraion mistakes with updates
