Free loger space (By QA Calls)
Free loger space (By QA Calls)
(OP)
Someone have made full QA schedule during few months.
That have fill up the raw partition of our loger, How can I remove the QA status of those calls
Can I use a kind of "find and replace" in each calls BD to change QA,TOTAL to TOTAL only ? and replace QA MODE to empty ?
(I have unlocked all my calls)

Thank you for your help,
RE: Free loger space (By QA Calls)
With regard to qa calls, they will be unlocked after 30 days automatically.
if you dont want to do this then u can unlock all calls on logger using unlock tool located on cls.
dont use this tool during operating hours as its labour intensive and i would suggest using it out of hours.

RE: Free loger space (By QA Calls)
Failed to calling GetCurrentClsLoggers, Reason 2. Please check log. But I've check all my latest log file and find nothing
and i'm not able to select a loger and delete by date
Crap, Thank you for your help
RE: Free loger space (By QA Calls)
when u launch the unlock tool do u see any loggers in list ?
if so double click on one of the loggers and then will will allow you to unlock.
It does give an date option. dont do all loggers at once as it doesnt like it, do one logger at a time.
