NIS2009 application error driving me insane !!!

every couple of minutes i get the application error pop up and i have to close nis09 down and reboot it....what a pain. is there a fix for this guys ? ive only had nis09 for just 5 days and i wasnt expecting this at all.

os is xp professional
pentium IV processor
512mb of ram

thanks dude, i sent an email to tony weiss and he mailed me the hot fix, working well so far, thanks for your help.
