what do I need to set up recording calls on the NBX?

Well, it depends, in my experience it is easier to record the trunks, the only downturn of it is that you can´t record internal calls. I have not seen a solution for recording NBX internal calls, maybe some one else has already done it.

callrex to record external (Trunk calls). It records the calls by sniffing the network (using port mirroring on the switch).

Recording calls from station to station is another story...

Hi guys , i use 3party sofware develop in italy by Ellysse , it's use tapi/tapi.wav for call  record monitor
