Errors running scheduled DTS

Errors running scheduled DTS

(OP)
A job has been running for quite time without issue (someone else created it but I'm trying to help figure out why it's failing).  I fixed the original error, but now when it runs, it stops at 5,000 records with process exit code 1.  No other errors.  The DTS package runs a select statement and inserts data into a table of another database, then it then exports that data to a text file, zips it, and emails it via smtp.  The modified date on the text and zip file says today, so it seems to be working.

The second job only has the error "Error Detail Records:      Error:  -2147220421 (8004043B)" and nothing else.  From what I read, I changed the service account for the sql agent and restarted so it can't be a permission issue.  This job also takes data and exports, then emails the text file (no zipping).
