import errors -Peachtree Quantum

import errors -Peachtree Quantum

We are working with ADP to build a payroll import file for Peachtree Quantum 2008.  I ran an export first, imported that file to test and it was perfect.  ADP sent us a live file to import, that was programmed the same way, it will not import.  It stops on lines 10, 65, 121, 181, 248, 301, 361, 421, 481, 546, 601, 671, 721, 781, 841, 901, 961, & 1021- says there is an error with the pay field expense account.  I checked the account, there is no issue- it is used on other lines of the report and is used the same way.  I sorted the file from Z-A to reverse the order of the employees and ran the import again, this time it gave me errors on lines 8, 66, 123, 188, 249, 301, 361, 421, 488, 541, 601, 673, 730, 786, 843, 907, 964, & 1023-- I double checked the employee names and none of these were in the errors from the first import.  However, notice how close the line numbers are.  I checked the format, tried copying/pasting to a new document-- nothing helps.  What could be causing the error?

RE: import errors -Peachtree Quantum

Sometimes the error is due to the row above or the row below the one stated in the message.  Other times the error can be due to the column before or after the field that is named in the error message.
