Hi All
I Have a problem for Sopho 805.28 use DTU-G as DTU-PH ISDN PRI connect to Cisco IP Phone System, when Sopho call to Cisco, if ringing about 20 sec. and no body answer,then the call will dropped, can't forward to Cisco's VMS, Cisco call to Sopho can forward to Sopho's VMS.

Hi Seym,
your config is o.k.
We don't have any timer for dropping in outgoing conection when number is complete (it is ringing).
In Sopho we have such timer only for incoming.
I think the technician for cisco must recheck his config.
Statement: your outgoing dialing for external telecom drops nor after 20sec!
