Customization Rights

(OP)
Hello all.

I have just started work on customizing the Epicor 9 front end where I work and I have a query regarding some of the user requests. I have never used any of the Epicor software in the past and only have about 2 wks experience on Epicor 9 so far.

There are 2 buttons on the Financial Management > AR > General Operations > Customer Tracker toolbar, Call Log and Memo which I want to include on the Financial Management >  AR > General Operations > Customer Credit Manager toolbar but can't work out how to do it.

I do not have the SDK installed currently, I only have personalization rights and customization rights. Do I need the SDK to be able to make such changes?

Thanks in advance to any readers and responders.

Scott
