Memory upgrade not recognized. Specs indicate each of 4 slots will host 1GB SDRAM (PC2100). Specs indicate installing DIMM beginning with slot #4. Most recent Flash Bios(1.68A)BIOS Version/DateIBM -[PLE168AUS-1.68]-, 6/25/2004 installed. How can I get the server to recognized new memory?

RE: xSeries 305 server SDRAM memory

My 335 uses PC2100 266 Mhz memory but two PC2100 cards I have won't work in it.
I think its because they are not ECC.
