Truesync desktop hangs in XP

Truesync desktop hangs in XP

Hi, I have been using Truesync desktop for a long time.  It ran fine for years with my XP computer.  Now for some reason it hangs when I open it.  task manager does not show it in the applications window.  But task manager does show it in the Process window.  Eventually I end process from the Process window.  Then I reboot the computer a few times to get truesync destop to run.  Is there something that is stopping truesync from running?
