MAS200 Export to PDF

MAS200 Export to PDF

MAS200 Export to PDF

(OP)
On one workstation when a user goes to preview a report and then selects the export feature - the option to save as a PDF is not present in the dropdownlistbox.  It is available on other workstations.

Any ideas?

I'm new to supporting this application.

RE: MAS200 Export to PDF

This may sound to simple too but I believe if acrobat is not loaded on that workstation it will not give you the PDF option.

The workstation that works now only has Adobe Reader 7.0 on it.  The workstation with the problem had Adobe Reader 5.0 but I replaced it with Adobe Reader 9.

RE: MAS200 Export to PDF

Did that fix it

RE: MAS200 Export to PDF

No, but it gave the user the ability to print to an Adobe PDF document.  I'm still troubleshooting to find out why PDF is not there for an export option.  You very well may be correct on needing Adobe Acrobat.

RE: MAS200 Export to PDF

good luck

RE: MAS200 Export to PDF

What version of MAS are you on?
