LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

(OP)
Hi All,

I'm connecting to an iSDX 5.2, and no matter what Shelf/Slot location for the LSLT command I provide, it always returns "INVALID XXYYZZ"

Also... the LSLT A command returns "INVALID SYNTAX"

I need to get a list of cards from the system - is there another way?

Cheers,

Paul

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

Sorry Paul but list slot came in ver 6.0,
The only way is eyeball....

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

Well that's a pain....

Is there *no* other way of getting information about installed cards on pre-Ver 6 DX's?

Regards,

Paul

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

You could use the LEX A or LTK A and work out the slot info from that.

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

Yeah - already doing that, but that won't show any cards without programmed circuits will it?

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

LCH,LICH,LBRA,LTK,LTC,LATX, all will give you a good idea for a cabmap it depends on how accurate you need to be.

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

To find out slot config for your dx:

lich a       for AASF/Digital multiline/ iSDT slot

lch a        for analogue(POT) extn slot

ltc a        for trunk controllers (daas/dpnss/q931/ana/bra)

loc          for ops console

These commands will list out all of the above by channel, i.e. XXYYZZ, so the XXYY part of the output will tell you what slots are configured for what hardware.

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

Thank you for that.

If from these commands I have established that there is a card in slot XXYYZZ, is there another way I can get more information on the card (type, version, firmware etc)?

RE: LSLT XXYY Fails :o(

The only command left on 5.2 refers to either multilines / isdt's/ realitis telephones and that is LIMP (List digital telephone information) this will give you the software version and type of the telephone and the number of resets, however on ver 8 + this will also give you the firmware version of the card for DTU/DTI i/f's. it is also useful because it tells you if there is a multiline/isdt/xxrealitis/acd/optiset/optipoint/ ... whatever hanging on the line (which you cannot find out for an analogue), this is also true for optipoint I/P Phones on 8+ software versions.

Command LBCF (List board configuration) which gives a lot more info I think did not come in until ver 8+
