Client Connection Failed to IB 6.0.1 using NetBEUI

I try to connet to an IBSERVER 6.01 runing under Xp SP2.
From IBconsole it got the error Message:

An InterBase error has occurred while attaching.
Error - cannot attach to password database
InterBase Communication Test Failed!

NetBEUI connection works without problem:

Attempting to attach to Heise using NetBEUI.

Attached successfully to Heise using
the following named pipe:

NetBEUI Communication Test Passed!

Any Ideas??
