Remote acess freeze/slow?!?!?!? Help

Remote acess freeze/slow?!?!?!? Help

Remote acess freeze/slow?!?!?!? Help

So im using the standard remote acess program to login to my cliants computer the problem is that when I acess his comp. it will load to his desktop but not all the way and then it would freeze causingthe programs and icons unable to use.

Now when I log into the server it will load fine at and give me acess to all the apps and programs, but when I remote to the cliants computer from the server it will still not load the screen, if I sit and wait for a while then it is able to use but this is a problem if my cliants are loging into there comps and cannot due to it freezing.

Now I just installed microsoft/office/ and Pc Tools upadates they might be whats causing the problem but I did the same to all my cliants and there the only ones not working.

RE: Remote acess freeze/slow?!?!?!? Help

try -console

start > run > mstsc -console <enter>

It works! Now if only I could remember what I did...
