Hi all im installing a voiplogger 9.12.5.35 and i have the error "Faild to load voipconf.dll".

Any ideas.

are u running the install from cd or local hard drive,hard drive. where did u get config from?

im running  if from the HDD and I tried with 2 different config files.

Can you post us a screen shot of error  with config file u are using

Have you run NICE Logger IPTool to configure sniffing NIC? This should be a separate NIC to what you use for LAN connectivity.

Hi all,

this is a win w2003 /.NET 3.0 and yes i have Iptool up and running with 2 Nic cards.

the voipconf.dll is installed to the D:\NTLogger\VoIPCapture\Bin

firstly have you got the voipconf.dll  as part of install and what version does the summary.doc of config u are using show.

Also are you installing to d: drive.

is this windows 2003 standard or server edition
