MMC Remote Desktop Permissions

Hello, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, please re-direct me if it is...

Anyway, I'm a Developer/Architect on a very small team where I manage around 20 servers in our production environment.  I need to get access for everyone on my team to one specific server in that environment.  Here's the question:

Through mmc, I have a Remote Desktop snap-in that contains all of the production servers that we have.  One of my team members (she's using Vista) does not get the (+) sign next to "Remote Desktops".  Anyone know why?  Also, I created a Task Pad item that would go to that Remote Desktop and teh task pad item does not show up for her either.  I'm stumped...are their permissions associated with just being able to SEE the available remote desktop servers, completely separate from whether or not she can logon...?

Thanks in advance

RE: MMC Remote Desktop Permissions

Found out the problem...user needs to download the Remote Desktop snap-in...
