NCFIII NiceLog Driver is not initialized. Can't start system.

(OP)
I'm reloading a NCFIII from scratch.  The OS is XP.  After I load the CLS I reboot and get "NiceLog Driver is not initialized. Can't start system." after about 5 minutes. I check the device manager and the NATI and ALI boards have exclamation points next to them. Any ideas?

RE: NCFIII NiceLog Driver is not initialized. Can't start system.

I have the same problem and I'm trying to solve this. Let me know if you find the solution please. I'll do the same. I'm trying to find at which moment the driver will be corrrupted.
regards.

did you use the nice image software disk supplied with logger?

RE: NCFIII NiceLog Driver is not initialized. Can't start system.

Try running the logger service pack through again, even without config change.

It will go through the driver installations again, and click continue anyway when it says the drivers are not certified.

Do you have the monitor log on the start up? if you do configure and adavcance startup and the text LOG after monitor log.

RE: NCFIII NiceLog Driver is not initialized. Can't start system.

I have solved my problem by reinstalling both CLS and logger. But it's really important to uninstall properly those two applications without forget to delete the installshield installation files of the logger which are hidden files in XP.

Regards.
